To Whom It May Concern: We would like to say thank you to David and Anne-Marie for the wonderful job in selling our home. We appreciate the fact that they guided us professionally through all aspects of the sale of our home. They definitely went above and beyond the call of duty in getting our home sold. They were always available and if we had questions they were prompt in getting the information back to us, which was very comforting for us. We initially tried to sell our home for sale by owner and then we added it to the MLS only listing and had no luck. We finally decided we needed to put it up with a realtor. We had talked to several realtors and were going to make a decision soon as to who we should go with. We were in the car traveling to our home talking about it when David called us to see how things were going and we knew then that he was the one we should go with. He and Anne-Marie met with us at our home with in the hour and made their presentation. They were both very professional and organized. They got right to work on our home and had it listed that night. And in no time at all they had the pictures done and the sign up. They then began to let the community know our home was for sale and started having open-houses on the weekends. As we would come back to visit our home, our neighbors would comment to us on how active our realtor was and how often they would have open houses and see people looking at our home compared to other homes for sale in the same neighborhood with other realtors. Our neighbors seemed very impressed by the motivation of our realtors. Our realtors were doing their job of selling our home and they got the job done quickly for us. Our experience working with them was great. We would recommend them to anyone who is looking for hard working and professional realtors.

As you know, moving can be a very traumatic event in a person's life. Our plan had been to remain in for the foreseeable future, but God had other plans.
We truly believe God led us to both of you, as we stopped by an Open House and met David. When we met Anne-Marie, and she spent many hours showing us houses, we knew we had made a new friend. Our experience had been very positive. You brought a personal touch to the experience.
You, both, took what could have been a difficult ordeal to one which became an enjoyable time. The personal touch and many hours of research meant a great deal to both of us.
We now are enjoying our new house in Longwood and recommend The Millers to anyone who is considering a move in the future.
